Good Friday Gospel Feast

???????????????????????????????

By Pastor Glem Melo

???????????????????????????????The joint-service of Kagay-an Reformed Church and Balulang Christian Alliance Fellowship was packed with members of the 2 churches and also with those of a community Bible study led by Open Eyes Mission partner-trainee Ernnel Tacandong. Once again, it was my utmost joy and privilege to minister God’s word to His people.

???????????????????????????????Message title and texts:

BY CHRIST’S WOUNDS, GOD’S COVENANT-BREAKING NATION HAS BEEN HEALED

But he was pierced for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his wounds we are healed. (Isaiah 53:5)

He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. By his wounds you have been healed. (1 Peter 2:24)

Please pray and ask the Lord to continue to grow and prosper the work of gospel in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines.

About New Hope

We are a community of people who believe in and live for Jesus Christ. We embrace and proclaim the Gospel as taught in the Bible and explained in the teachings of the Reformation: Salvation is by grace alone (sola gratia) because of Jesus Christ alone (solus Christus), received through faith alone (sola fide), based on the teachings of the Bible alone (sola scriptura), all for the glory of God alone (soli Deo gloria). SALVATION IS BY GRACE ALONE, THROUGH FAITH ALONE, BECAUSE OF JESUS CHRIST ALONE, BASED ON THE TEACHINGS OF THE BIBLE ALONE, ALL FOR THE GLORY OF GOD ALONE.
